But the rhetoric of the response from the WH is disturbing. Bush calls their decision a "finding," not a ruling. A "finding" is something that occurs in an advisory role.
"We take it seriously" is not the terminology you use when you are responding to a decision you intend to follow.
" I haven't read the whole ruling yet."...... "American people need to know this ruling wont cause killers to be put out on the street. I had a drive by briefing on the way here. We will seriously look at the findings... I will not jeopardize the safety of the American people. I will protect the American people..... I have not had a fully chance to fully review the findings. We take the findings serious. ......."There is already legislation in the works to grant the king the power to have military tribunals, just like he wants to. Must have really pissed them off, to be told that they were wrong.
