I just wanted to report that the Ongoing Treadmill Adventure seems to be working.
My butt is smaller. Not by much, but definitely measureably smaller. Hah!

Congrats!!! That is great news. Go you! For my part, I am still giggling about trying to retie your shoes while on the treadmill. I have to admit that my few times on the treadmill have not been without mishap. Those things are tricky!
Sympathies about the latest casualties of Berit's teeth. Why does plastic taste good???? I guess it's time to bitter-apple your wallet! ;)
